LAZY SUNDAY FESTIVAL DATES AND TIMES


Lazy Sunday takes place on its usual Agust Bank Holiday Sunday daytime, (Sunday August 30th 2020) at it's usual location, The Fox & Duck Venue, Arlesey Road, Stotfold, Bedfordshire SG5 4HE

The event gates opens at 11am , with the event running from11am until 11 PM




WHAT TO BRING / THINGS TO REMEMBER

Your ticket (Either a phone app ticket or printed ticket, reciepts not accepted as a vaid entry ticket)

Clothes for any weather eventuality – hat, sunglasses, rainwear, warm clothing

Empty plastic bottles sized 500ml or less (can be used at the water refill point on site). Empty plastic sports refillable bottles over 500ml are permitted, metal ones are not.

Bring enough cash and/or a cash card (keep it safe!) – Most vendors will be cash only, whilst beer tokens can be prchased from the booth by card, (No fee's charged)

Bring ID if you look under 18 in order to be admitted to the festival. You will also need ID for purchase of drinks tokens as the bars run a "Challenge 25" policy

Medication – If you need to bring medication with you, we recommend bringing a doctor’s note or a prescription for it if it is not easily recognisable. We’re not doctors, please be understanding if we question what you’re bringing in as it is important to prevent drugs getting in to the festival. Plus, tell your friends of any allergies you have.

Photographic equipment is permitted provided that it is for personal non-commercial use only. Please be aware of the GDPA rules regarding the photography of children.

BAG RESTRICTIONS

Large bags are not allowed to be taken into the festival. There is no cloakroom or storage facilities at the event.

Small bags are allowed into the festival with the dimensions W22cm x H14cm x D9cm (As reference, this is a standard bag size equivilant to airlines)

Bags will be searched on entry to the event, to avoid lengthy queues we strongly advise that you do not bring a bag. We appreciate your co-operation and patience when entering the festival.

You will also be searched at the entrance to the event which may include a full body pat down and/or use of hand-held metal detectors. Any item(s), which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon, or which may cause danger or disruption to any other persons at the event, will be confiscated.

Please allow plenty of time to get into the event for entry procedures, ticket checks and searches.

Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the arena or other parts of the site may be searched.



DO NOT BRING

You are not permitted to bring soft drinks or water in the festival. You are permitted to bring empty bottles sized 500ml or less to use at the water refill point inside the festival. Empty plastic sports refillable bottles are permitted, (except metal)

Aerosols over 250ml

Air compressed air horns

Alcohol

Animals (except assistance dogs)

Audio visual recording or transmitting equipment (Professional)

BBQs or any cooking apparatus

Balloons

Bicycles, scooters, roller skates

Blow torches

Cans

Chinese lanterns

Cool bags / boxes (large)

Cutlery

Drones

Fireworks / pyrotechnics

Flags with poles

Flares / distress flares / smoke flares

Food (Special dietry requirements exempt and baby food)

Gazebos and parasols (Unless inclament weather is predicted, then an announcement via socila media will be made)

LOST PROPERTY

If you lost anything during the Festival, please contact the Fox & Duck Venue, who will hold any items handed i



AGE RESTRICTIONS

Lazy Sunday Festival is for the whole family, however, there are restrictions on children, one child ticket may be purchesed per adult ticket and all child ticket holders can only be permitted entry with the Adult ticket holder who purchased the child ticket.



ENTERING THE FESTIVAL

If you look under 18, you will be asked to prove your age. (Only a driving License or Passport are acceptable ID)



BUYING ALCOHOL

A challenge 25 policy is in place at the venue at all times, and will be implimented at the drinks token booth and the bars. If you look under 25, you will be challenged and required to provide ID

The only accepted proof of age documents are:

A Passport (Not a photocopy)

Driving Licence

A National identity card issued by an EU member state



FOOD & DRINK

Strictly no food / snacks or bottles to be brought on to the site

No drinks will be admitted on site.

Please don’t bring any alcohol or glass containers/bottles of any sort.

Any prohibited items will be disposed of in the amnesty bins.
